• Interest preferences: what you are looking for, such as pricing, availability or floor plans
• Messages: any questions or notes you include in your inquiry
• Text message consent: whether you have opted in to receive text messages

We also collect certain technical information automatically when you visit the site:

• Traffic source data: campaign parameters from the link you arrived on

• Session data: first landing page, referring website, visit count and time on site

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to Entrada or to the real estate activities of Gold Key Development, Inc.

Who We Share Information With

We share your information only with the service providers needed to run our sales and marketing:

• Netlify: our website host. Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify.
• GoHighLevel: our primary customer relationship management platform, used to manage inquiries and follow up with you.
• Bold Trail: a real estate customer relationship management platform used for lead management and agent coordination.
• Google Analytics: website analytics. If you accept all cookies, Google may receive anonymized data about your visit.
• Meta: if you accept all cookies, Meta may receive conversion data through the Meta Pixel so we can measure our advertising.
• Gold Key Development, Inc.: your inquiry may be used to follow up with you about Entrada.

Every provider is required to handle your information in line with applicable privacy laws and only for the purposes above.

Cookies and Tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. You choose your preference through the banner that appears on your first visit.

Essential cookies are always active and are needed for the site to work, including remembering your cookie choice.

Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you choose Accept All. These may include:

• Google Analytics, which measures traffic, page views and behavior
• Meta Pixel, which measures conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads
• Google Tag Manager, which manages and deploys tracking tags

Your cookie choice is stored on your own device in local storage under the key entrada_cookie_consent. You can reset it any time by clearing your browser storage or by visiting the site in a private window.

We also store campaign and referral details on your device so we can understand which marketing is working. That data stays on your device unless you submit a form, in which case it is included with your inquiry.

Text Messages

We may send text messages to your mobile number if you have opted in by checking the text message consent box on our Interest List form.

By checking that box, you agree to receive text messages from Entrada about the project at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. We send text messages only to people who have expressly opted in, and we never add a number based on implied consent.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you these rights:

• Right to know what personal information we have collected about you, and how it has been used and shared
• Right to delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use it beyond what is needed to provide our services.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of your privacy rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. We respond to verified requests within 45 days, as the law requires.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

• Form submissions: up to 12 months from submission, or until you ask us to delete them
• Customer relationship records: for the length of the Entrada sales cycle and up to 3 years after, as business records
• Analytics data: subject to Google and Meta retention policies, typically 14 to 26 months
• Text message opt-in records: at least 4 years, to show compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, even after you opt out

You may request deletion at any time using the details in Section 11.

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, including:

• Encryption on every page of this website
• Secure, access-controlled storage in our customer relationship platforms
• Limiting access to team members who need it to respond to you

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, email entrada@goldkeyhomes.com and we will delete it promptly.
