Cooperating Brokers
Entrada welcomes cooperating brokers. To qualify for a cooperating broker fee, three requirements must be met.
Register Your Client Before Any Contact
Register your client below before they call, email, submit a form on this site or visit the model homes. Registration after the fact cannot be accepted.
Accompany Your Client on Every Visit
Be with your client the first time they come to the model homes, and on any visit after that. At the first visit your client signs a registration card showing you represent them.
Contract Within 60 Days
Your client enters into the purchase agreement within 60 calendar days of that first visit.
How It Is Paid
The fee is paid only on a closed sale. It is paid through escrow at closing, to the broker of record named on the agreement. You represent your buyer through closing.
Broker compensation is not set by law and is negotiable.
Full terms are in the Entrada Cooperating Broker Agreement, which governs.
Register Your Client
Complete this before your client calls, emails, submits a form on this site or visits the model homes.
All three requirements must be met. If any one of them is not satisfied, no cooperating broker fee will be paid. Registration after the fact cannot be accepted. The cooperating broker fee is payable only on a completed sale that closes escrow, and only under a Cooperating Broker Agreement fully executed by the Seller before your client’s first visit. Participation is subject to the terms of that agreement, which governs, and the program may change or be withdrawn at any time. Model home hours are subject to change due to construction schedule and site conditions. Please check goldkeyhomes.com/hours before you visit.
