The Standard We Build To

This site is built and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at level AA. That is the standard most organisations in the United States are measured against.

It was last tested on 29 October 2026, across every page, at phone, tablet and desktop sizes. At that test the site returned no violations.

What We Test, and How Often

Every page of this website is tested, including the Spanish language page and the confirmation pages that follow a form. We test again after any significant change to the site, and on a regular schedule regardless.

Automated testing cannot find everything. It does not judge whether a description is a good description, whether an interaction makes sense when heard rather than seen, or whether a form is straightforward to complete with a screen reader.

What Is Not Covered Here

The digital brochure is a page-turning document rather than a set of web pages, and documents offered for download are separate files. If you need the information in either of them in another format, please ask and we will provide it.

Maps and other content provided by other companies are governed by those companies.
