About Entrada & Gold Key

Who is building Entrada?

Gold Key Development, Inc. A local foundation. A lasting reputation.

Founder Mike Ferrero was born and raised in Paramount. He began building homes here in 1989, before Gold Key Development existed, and when he founded Gold Key in 1994, Paramount stayed the foundation.

Across more than 35 years in Southern California, Gold Key has built everything from first homes in Paramount to custom luxury homes. In 2017, the City of Paramount named Mike its City Business Person of the Year.

Entrada is Gold Key's newest community, on Paramount Boulevard, in the city where it all began.

Why the name Entrada?

Entrada means "entrance" in Spanish, reflecting the idea behind the community: an arrival, a new beginning, and a front door of your own.

Entrada brings brand-new detached homes to Paramount Boulevard, close to the city's Civic Center and historic Hay Tree, on the boulevard at the center of Paramount's history.

Floor plans, dimensions, and features are approximate and subject to change.
