Mike Ferrero was born and raised in Paramount. He began building homes here in 1989, before Gold Key Development existed. When he founded Gold Key in 1994, Paramount stayed the foundation. That is not a marketing line. It is the history behind every decision we make.
Across more than 35 years in Southern California, Gold Key has built everything from first homes in Paramount to custom luxury homes. In 2017, the City of Paramount named Mike its City Business Person of the Year.
